" vitamin B9 (folate or folic acid)
" vitamin B7 (biotin)
" vitamin C

Water soluble vitamins are used up by the body very rapidly,
and so they need to be replenished every day.

Water soluble vitamin supplements, in contrast to fat soluble
vitamins
do not pose as much risk to your health because if you
take an excessive amount, the surplus is just washed out in your
urine.

However, because water soluble vitamins are not stored in the
body you need to ensure you take them daily to replenish your
body's supply by eating a range of healthy foods. This is where
supplements may come in handy.

Foods never deliver toxic doses of water soluble vitamins,
however, extremely large doses delivered via concentrated
vitamin supplements water soluble vitamins are considered by
some experts to pose a danger to your health.
